This is to engage the community about how your team went on the weekend and any moves/trades you made, your thinking behind these moves and whether they paid off or made you pay.

Your chance to skite or to shrink into the background

    Score 2380.

After watching clarry rd 8 aim was to bring in him at a rock bottom price

    Plan.
    DPP Roberts and Graham
    Trade Roberts to Clarry
    Mannagh to Jones.

    Reality.
Graham dropped leaves me one short in def.
    Clarry plays Thursday night.
    Pivot.
Trade Graham to Clarry and Garcia to Jones as needed more cash.
    Reluctantly keep Roberts another week.

Clarry ho hum Roberts bleeds cash.

I’ll shrink into the background again now.

Though who would have thought clarry and Rowell would give me 160.

Hoping they turn form around this week.

what was I thinking WHEN with 10 secs left I changed GARCIA (SAINTS) to JONES 27 pts gone same as last week when I did the same and killed 50 pts .Those 2 mistakes have cost 800 spots . How Laird played 68% is beyond me but a brilliant effort to score 124 and nearly getting me over the line and thanks to Gator losing his phone I wasn’t bothered by the silly coot.Daicos BONT CLOHESY and SERONG all good but Clark 39 and Jones 36 made for an average score Onfeild Rookies need close attention “What was I thinking”

    From Kat

Disappointing score of 2274 for me this week. Having Rozee on the bench didn’t help and the wrong choice of rookies on field didn’t help either (Clark and Jones on field for Garcia x 2 on bench) would have netted me a few more points. Also traded out Darcy along with Roberts for Sinclair and Moore which was not a win this week anyway wit Darcy going large. Going to upgrade a midfielder this week. Choice btw Merret or Butters

below average for me, managed 2,305.

traded out Williams (inj), Rozee (inj) and Darcy and traded in Oliver, Martin and Jone.

Oliver was too much value to ignore (just scroll down the names that are ahead of him in price).

Martin i traded out after round 2 and it has been hard watching him

Big fan of jones, had him in team all pre-season until injured.

Didn’t go as planned with Oliver and Martin returning 80’s and Jones having his bad game (didn’t help with Darcy going huge)

my team is missing Heeney, Ryan and Butters.

I’m being a cheap-skate and not getting them until now.

My plan is to get Butters this week to finish my midfield or should i just bite the bullet and get Ryan to finish my Defence. (i have Clohesy/Graham to cover D6/M8).

Butters might get a Finn tag and Ryan has the saints.

That’s a tough one Derek ,you really need both I am bringing in Butters and not being a cheapskate ,however it helps he didn’t rise Agree Clarry just too plum to leave and had plenty of it ,he will thrive against WCE Just got to ride yourself of those onfield rookies

being a non-Ryan owner, means i have watched him close. A number of times this year he has ‘saved’ his score in one quarter (usually the last). It was unbelievable last quarter last week.

i kept thinking he is about to become a regular 90’s player, any week now….

Having a monopoly on the kick outs is gold as well.

He is going ok for a bloke who pre-season couldn’t kick more than 40 meters.

Yeah I watched Ryan the other day too Derek being a non owner.

He barely touched it in 1st half, bit more in 3rd qtr but probably scored 70-80 points in the final qtr simply by taking kick ins and playing kick to kick out of the backline.

Was frustrating as thought he may have a low score and can pick him up cheaper after his bye.

Key for non owners to limit his impact is to score goals as Sydney were accurate early so Ryan didn’t get a look in.
