Sorry haven’t been in chat for most of the weekend. Been in Ballarat for the netball yesterday and Melb the rest of the weekend so just catching up with footy news now Im home. Did watch the Saints lose last night though. Bit of a mixed bag for me. Best part was geting my VC Green right which was a big improvement on Rnd 1 Laird C score last year. Like everyone a mixed bag with the rookies, Gibcus onfield but luckily Reid on bench and both Cadman and Windsor on Fwd bench scored better than Sexton onfeild. H Reid is looking promising. Sanders being subbed is dissapointing but sure most had him onfeild. Ended up with Marshall and Grundy in rucks so hopefully dont regret flicking big Max to much. Fisher and Owens dissapointing but will give another week. Apart from those 2 most of my other premos? have gone ok but still one game to go. Did have Houston in my team all preseason until a few fwd options popped up and flicking him may have been a mistake. Will keep a watch on Dempsey from Geelong as the main rookie I think I have missed out on. Good to have the season started properly

Hey guys n gals, well done on your scores this week, mine was garbage like as I had a bit of a rotten start to the season, will probably spend my 520k boosting hard this week hahah, trying to turn things around.
Gibcus and Reid onfield and a few others just allowed me to crawl to 2013 this week.

Do you think we could have a weekly thread like “The Good The Bad The Ugly Rnd 1” where we can give a quick wrap-up of how we went after the round has finished and corrections and thoughts for the next round. Think I’ve heard this name before so maybe again we think of our own but some type of thread like this2163 for me

Lucky you Russty having that coin to correct. Hang in there it is only round 1. My score was only OK cause I lucked out having Green and Serong. Wishing I had fitted FYfe, Heeney and one of Miller or Rowell in my team as well and taken Houston instead of Young as I originally had, but still a long way to go. Those dollars only go so far so compromises have to be made and we always miss out on someone. Maybe should have kept Gawn instead of Marshall to save some $$ but I like having some Saints in my team and Gawns age worries me. Time will tell

Problem with plan is giants went through Hogan not Green. Was hoping for hogan’s scores.🙄

So thinking trade him down to Jordon who is on the bubble free up some cash then …..

That’s the next bit I have to work out need to have a play with team.

Rowell looks to have gone full beast mode again so probably needs some consideration….

Great idea Kat and I am sure all will agree The name THE GOOD THE BAD and THE UGLY is solid and I have not seen it or should we run with TAKEOFF CRUISE and CRASH with a bit of depth .Lets go with that TRIG has already loaded it so each Monday a summary after your TAKEOFF CRUISE and CRASH I will amend mine now great suggestion Kat

Derek just a question where does Maximo play .If you check his heatmap he played that wing role. Will he keep that up ? NDD

I think so. It was always the plan to have Amon go back into defence and CJ to take one of the wing rolls, but with CJ out for a fair while I believe it is now Maximo’s
