Great to see KOLTYN THOLSTRUM debuting for the dees From what I have seen and researched on him he will be a future star but not so much for SUPERCOACH just yet.Whilst I was very happy to go early on Darcy no so with the KOLT. A chunky future mid ,he is already built like TRAC . ,not afraid to mix it tough as a cat’s head his aggression at the contest stands out .His inclusion spells danger for Billings particularly now Hunter is back ,Saints may look at him again

I thought he was a fwd brought in to replace kossie?Yeah kossie just needs to learn to curb his enthusiasm. He is your old fashion crash and bash footballer who can stop a player in their tracks but you can’t play that way anymore.
Easier said than done but he needs a reset, can do some magic things.
I doubt they would throw him into the mids Trig but for s/c he’s a forward , a bull at a gate bowl em over forward , a clone of TRAC 2 Tracs that’s worth seeing
Im a bit torn this week, should I leave the luxury upgrade of Grundy to Gawn for now (doing later when team is more sorted ) and upgrade in my backline or get Gawn now before his price rises too much and becomes out of reach. Head says upgrade backline cause rookies are scoring less than Grundy but heart wants Gawn in my team
As it is best 18 Kat I would upgrade your areas of greatest concern and leave the luxury Gawn trade till you are happy with your team.
Remember Gawn has the bye next week as well and every player goes down in value during the season.

Just checking your bye players this week KAT and you have 4 even if you trade Grundy to Gawn you still have 3 so in my opinion you have to trade Grundy to Gawn or you will fall way back. gawn will better those defenders anyway so it’s win win .Sorry to disagree Trig but I got caught with English last year and even with Gator’s abacus couldn’t get him in .Gawn’s the same this year NDD
Thanks Neil and Trigg. I have decided Gawns the way I’m going to go I think, after checking teams tonight. The only rookie I am happy to trade at the moment is Berry (all the others still have $$$ to make) and he doesn’t get me much in the backline, I’d have to trade Massimo if I wanted a real premo and then only the Young, Whitfield type so I think now is the time to get Gawn while I can.
Otherwise, I think my best move would be to do nothing as I have traded a bit already.
I think I take the chance to get Gawn in while there are no real rookies who are must haves and no injuries to deal with, cause they are sure to happen soon. Then it’s done and I”ll hope I have enough trades to fix the rest of my team. Also I still have numbers to cover Gawn out next week so thats my thinking rather than get English who is dearer but trending down in price.
Now watch Grundy pump out some more big scores for owners over the next few weeks, that’s how the SC gods work, isn’t it?????? Thanks guys for the help and advice, its much appreciated. I am keeping both MANNAGH and CLARK first to go

What do people think of Garcia DPP $117k? was sub last week but hit the ground running with 43pts in 44mins. Will he get a full game?
Other one is Nyuon FWD $123k. Dawson looks to be out for 3 weeks, will he get a decent run.
Or should i play safe with Comben for $227k
The DPP with Garcia is mighty tempting but think I will leave him till next week and see if he gets a full game. Did look promising though. Im going Nyuon early this week but not with a huge amount of confidence along with Clohesy (went early on Graham last week) and using a boost to get an upgrade. Was going the upgrade in defence but with Clohesy looking so promising and McKercher going down I’m going to pick a midfielder. Leaving the Fwd line cause still not sure who is going to be a keeper yet. Interested to see how Adams goes this week and keeping an eye on Rankine and Rayner, all cheap picks who may do the job and should be able to get without using a boast. Most of my rookies have a bit of cash to make though.
