We do now but in real time there is no way you could know.
When it went upstairs the footage was inconclusive. You just couldn’t tell from the umprire cameras.
It wasn’t until you see the footage from the other end of the ground off a fans camera that shows it was touched.I cant think of one case where the ball has been called touched as it grazed the back of someone’s arm. It’s always the arm they look at.
Mind you if Big H hadn’t fumbled the ball earlier running into open goal it would be a non event.
